A fist treatment (ca. 30 min) includes:

The fee for a first treatment is 80 € and is to be paid in cash, by dispenser or credit card.

Depending on the health insurance company and the service rendered (the insurance company does not pay all the services included in a first treatment), and independent on the services the NHS dermatologist has already deducted throughout the last year, you can count on a reimbursement of costs by your health insurance company. This is mostly about 20-40 € on the first treatment.  In case you have already visited a NHS dermatologist in the same quarter, the insurance company unfortunately doesn’t pay back anything.

Checkups (ca. 15 min) within 3 months after the first treatment or the last check include a follow-up, a conversation, writing out a prescription as well as – if wanted or necessary- a comparison of birth marks on the basis of recorded pictures on the computer, a wart treatment, cryotherapy on sun-caused damages, blood taking, the taking of smear tests, microscopic examination of secretion.

The Fee for a checkup is 40 €, also for this you can inquire your health insurance company for reimbursement of costs. You will then receive 80% out of the amount a NHS doctor would have received for the service rendered. In our experience this is between 0(!) and 20€.
